All our menus are seasonal and produce driven, we’re one of the original farm to plate restaurants in Perth. Manuka proudly uses only Western Australian produce and supports our local farmers and producers who in turn support us. Our menus are planned around what our locals grow therefore menu items change frequently however the format remains the same. If something happens with our local supply of an ingredient it will be replaced with an item equally as yummy and never sourced interstate or internationally. Dietaries can be catered for on request.
